Psychology- informed wellbeing support
for healthier more sustainable workplaces.

Centred Minds Consulting Ltd brings together psychology, health, education and coaching to make wellbeing practical, accessible and sustainable. We work with organisations, communities and individuals to build understanding, develop practical skills and support meaningful change.

Our work is psychology-informed and focuses on prevention and early intervention, complementing rather than replacing clinical or therapeutic support.

About Centred Minds

Why workplace Wellbeing matters

Wellbeing is more than an employee benefit. It is an organisational priority.

Work-related stress and poor wellbeing affect people, teams and organisations - contributing to sickness absence, reduced engagement, staff turnover and pressure on already stretched teams.

Yet too often, support begins once someone is already struggling.

At Centred Minds Consulting Ltd, we help organisations understand the factors that affect wellbeing at work, build greater awareness of stress and burnout, and develop practical approaches that support healthier, more sustainable working environments.

“Supporting wellbeing earlier is not only good for people. It contributes to healthier, more sustainable organisations.”

We design and deliver psychology-informed workplace wellbeing programmes that help people understand stress and wellbeing, recognise signs and patterns earlier, and develop practical skills for everyday working life.

Sessions combine psychological understanding, facilitated reflection and practical tools, while creating space for healthier conversations about sustainable ways of working.

What We Offer

Our workplace programmes can explore:

  • Stress and burnout prevention

  • Emotional and nervous system regulation

  • Compassion fatigue and emotionally demanding roles

  • Neurodiversity and wellbeing

  • Psychological safety, boundaries and workplace culture

  • Sustainable wellbeing and behaviour change

Supporting People and Communities

Alongside our workplace programmes, we partner with charities, public services, councils and community organisations to make psychology-informed wellbeing education accessible to the communities they support.

Psychology-Informed Coaching

We offer individual coaching that combines evidence-informed psychological understanding with practical coaching approaches to support meaningful and sustainable change. Sessions provide space to understand patterns, clarify priorities and develop practical strategies to support wellbeing, confidence, behaviour change and meaningful progress.

Coaching can be commissioned by organisations for employees or accessed directly by individuals looking for more tailored support. Our coaching is collaborative, practical and forward-focused, and sits alongside rather than replaces clinical or therapeutic support.
